Spring 2024 Distribution & Planting
Tree Unloading and Pickups
- Trees arrive Tuesday, April 16th
- Pickups are scheduled for April 17th - 19th
- Schedule your tree pickup timeslot at the link below first come first served). You will be contacted with your confirmed timeslot in April.
Volunteer
- We need help at the warehouse setting up, (un)loading and processing trees, and breaking down on Monday, April 15 - Friday, April 19.

Tree Planting: Doublecheck trees were planted properly (root flare visible at soil grade, staked/tied - no strangling knots), mulched, and Tree Diapers hydrated and installed (if applicable) or tree adequately watered. |

Philly Street tree applications for Fall Spring 2024 are due. See Application Hub for instructions and forms. |
May 10th, 2024 |
Submit your planting attendance and any signed paper waivers (more details here). Share your most inspiring tree stories, photos, and videos with PHS. Upload up to 5 images/videos here. |

Non-Philly Groups ONLY: Map your trees in the PHS Urban Forest Cloud or email [email protected] for a spreadsheet template (Philly trees are mapped by PHS) |

Philly Mulch Certificates
Free mulch is available at the Fairmount Park Organic Recycling Center at 3850 W. Ford Rd. At the link below, each group has a mulch certificate to present at the Recycling Center.
