You may enter the Show at any time during posted Show hours, up until 30 minutes prior to the end time of that day. Re-entry on your existing ticket is permitted at this year’s Show with a handstamp from a security guard. 

Will Call and Box Office at the Main Entrance will open one (1) hour before the Show opens each day and close 30 minutes prior to Show closing each day. 

General Public -- Entrances Available for Flower Show:

  • East Entrance at 12th and Arch Street: This is the main entrance to the Show. It features on-site Ticket Sales, and Will Call.
  • Market Street Entrance via SEPTA'sJefferson Station: This is the entrance to the Flower Show via the Grand Hall. It features on-site Ticket Sales. 
  • In 2026, the West Entrance at 12th and Arch Street is reserved for Volunteer Check-In only.

Note: PHS does not authorize the  purchase of tickets through ticket reselling websites.  Only tickets purchased from the official Philadelphia Flower Show website may be exchanged during Show dates if not previously scanned for entry, but no refunds are given without the purchase of ticket protection.

Yes! Flower Show Floral Fanatic pass is available. For $100, you can attend the Show every day, receive an exclusive Flower Show tote, and get special seating at our daily Know to Grow lectures.

Philadelphia Flower Show tickets are exchangeable but non refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for a different date, but all sales are final.

Yes. Flower Show tickets are purchased for a specific date. For the ultimate flexibility, please consider purchasing an Any Day Flex Ticket, allowing you to come on any one day without pre-selecting a date. If you need to exchange your dated ticket, you may do so using the self-service ticket process indicated in your ticket purchase confirmation. Tickets are not refundable if you are not able to use them due to a schedule conflict, illness, or other situation.

Yes! There will be hand-stamping stations at each exit to allow for daily re-entry.

Yes!  Visit the Will Call area of the Flower Show Box Office, located at the 12th & Arch Street EAST entrance.

If you bought your ticket online at PHSonline.org, you should have received a confirmation email sent to the email address provided during the purchase.

PHSonline.org is the official ticketing site for the 2026 Philadelphia Flower Show. If you purchased tickets online at AAA, or another ticketing site, please contact that site's customer service department.

Unfortunately, we are not participating in 2026. 

Yes!  Personal Care Attendants (PCA) receive complimentary admission to the Flower Show, however their client needs to purchase tickets.  PCAs should show proper identification to pick up their complimentary ticket upon arrival to the Flower Show at Will Call. Will Call is located at 12th & Arch EAST Entrance.

All visitors will be scanned using weapons detection technology prior to entering the Flower Show. All bags and personal belongings are subject to search by Show security prior to entering the Flower Show. Please see our list of Flower Show policies for further details about bag size, prohibited items, and other regulations for Show guests. Note that guests will be asked to secure any items on the Prohibited Items List away from Show property.

 

Private security staff members will be onsite throughout the Flower Show grounds, wearing royal blue shirts and ready to assist. Members of the Philadelphia Police Department will be onsite and near the Convention Center at various times through the Show dates.

Visitors are prohibited from bringing food into the venue. Concessions with varied menu items that meet almost all dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kid-friendly, non-dairy, etc.) are available throughout the Show, and at a number of eating establishments around the Convention Center. 

 

Hydration stations will be available throughout the Show for guests to refill their personal water bottles, and these will be marked on the Flower Show map.

Yes, there will be food available for purchase inside the Convention Center. The Convention Center is also located near many local food options, including Reading Terminal Market and other local eating establishments.

The Flower Show welcomes ADA Title III service animals. The Flower Show does not allow pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, or therapy dogs.

You are welcome to bring in smaller bags, strollers, and other small personal items. Remember that all personal items are subject to search by the Show security team. Please view our Show policies in terms of bag size.

 

Yes!  Mobility scooters, single and double strollers, and manual wheelchairs will be available for pre-Show online rental as well as onsite rental. Note: Advance reservations for mobility equipment are highly recommended at the time you purchase your Flower Show tickets to ensure availability. Due to high demand, there may be limited mobility equipment availability for walk-ups and same-day reservations. Visit the Accessibility page to reserve your equipment.

To help all guests prepare for their Flower Show visit and to ensure everyone can enter the Show quickly and efficiently, we ask you to: 

  • Pass through a metal detector; please keep walking and moving with the flow of traffic. Please review our Show Policies for prohibited items. If flagged by our security team, your bag may be subject to a quick search.
  • Please have your pre-purchased tickets out and ready to scan; if you need to purchase a ticket, you can do so after going through the security process.
  • We will scan your Flower Show ticket and direct you to the Flower Show Main Entrance to enjoy the event!

Our staff will keep entrance lines moving as quickly as possible so all guests can enjoy the maximum amount of time at the Show. We will continue to monitor line wait times for all guests. 

To make a refund application, please visit Secure My Booking’s  website to fill out our claim form. Your refund applications should be submitted online within sixty(60) days of the incident. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence when making a refund application.

 

The Flower Show can be accessed through several Convention Center entrances:

  • East Entrance at 12th and Arch Street: This is the main entrance to the Show. It features on-site Ticket Sales, and Will Call.
  • Market Street Entrance via SEPTA'sJefferson Station: This is the entrance to the Flower Show via the Grand Hall. It features on-site Ticket Sales. 
  • In 2026, the West Entrance at 12th and Arch Street is reserved for Volunteer Check-In only.

Yes!  The location of the Flower Show coat check (and item check) is located in Room 204 C, on the Concourse area of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, in between the main exhibit area and the Grand Hall. 

 

Please note the coat check is CASH ONLY for all items. Guests are encouraged to have cash available, or to use ATMs within the Convention Center and near the venue.

 

Hours of Operation:

  • Coat check opens Friday, February 27: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

  • Saturday, February 28 - Sunday, March 9: 8:00 am - Show Closing Time (coat check will be available for Early Morning Tour guests)

Note: on Saturday, March 8 only, the coat check will remain open between Show Close and the start of the Flowers After Hours event, and then will close at the end of this evening event.

 

Pricing and Payment Options:

  • Price: $4 per item;  1 jacket = 1 item; 1 flowerpot = 1 item, etc.

Yes!  We encourage our guests to take photographs and videos of their visit for their personal use and to share on social media using the hashtags: #PhiladelphiaFlowerShow and #FlowerShow.  Only portable equipment is allowed. No electric or stationary set-ups are permitted. Personal photographs and videos of any Flower Show elements may not be used for commercial purposes.

Yes!  A charging station is available onsite on the Concourse level of the Convention Center. The cost is $2/30 minutes.

The Flower Show is a rain or shine event, although a cancellation is possible in the case of severe or dangerous weather (e.g., blizzard conditions). No Flower Show refunds will be provided; however, it is possible for guests to use their tickets on another day of the Show if inclement weather prohibits a visit. 

Check the forecast first, then check Flower Show social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) to ensure the Show will open for the day in case of inclement weather.

Be sure to take advantage of the ticket protection package available to all Flower Show guests during the ticket purchase process. Our ticket protection is provided by Secure My Booking, and for just a few extra dollars per ticket, you get peace of mind for the items covered by the policy. 

 Ticket protection is a ticket insurance policy that would protect the cost of your tickets in the event you cannot attend the Flower Show in March. Here is a link to what situations are covered.

The Flower Show will be open during posted Show hours unless there is a severe weather event that necessitates that the Pennsylvania Convention Center must close. Guest tickets are valid any day of the Show, and will be honored for re-entry at another time, and affected guests will be advised of the details for their next visit. 

Health and Safety Information

Guest safety measures that will be in place at this year's Philadelphia Flower Show include:

  • Private security staff members will be onsite at the Show entrance and throughout the Flower Show grounds, wearing royal blue shirts and ready to assist.
  • Members of the Philadelphia Police Department will have roving officers both inside and outside the venue during Show dates.
  • All visitors will be scanned using weapons detection technology prior to entering the Flower Show.  Note that guests will be asked to secure any items on the Prohibited Items List off Show property.

The Convention Center does not own/manage a parking garage or street parking lot, there are a number of parking facilities around the venue. Visit the Convention Center's parking information page for more details.

The most cost-effective travel option to attend the Flower Show is public transportation (SEPTA regional rail, subway, trolley, or bus, or PATCO train/subway). Lyft, Uber, and taxi services also service the Show.

Yes!  A Lost & Found area is part of the Information Booth located outside of Hall A (main exhibit portion of the Show). If you realize an item is lost, please visit this area during Show hours or before your exit from the Show, and the team will be happy to assist you.

 

Any items not retrieved by their owners will be brought back to the PHS headquarters office in Philadelphia, where our staff will be monitoring emails and requests for lost items. Please be patient as we attempt to connect lost items with their owners.  

 

In order to log a lost item after the Show, please call 215-988-8800 ext. 1 to provide your contact information so our staff can follow up with you.

Yes! There is a lactation, feeding, and changing station located on the Concourse Level of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

PHS Members receive access to the Members’ Lounge and special Members-only discounts at select Flower Show Marketplace vendors. A list of participating vendors may be found at Will Call (located at 12th & Arch Streets, at the Convention Center’s East Entrance) and the Members’ Lounge (located on the Show Floor).

The Members’ Lounge, located on the Show Floor, is a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy comfortable seating.
