Volunteer at the Flower Show

Volunteering at the Philadelphia Flower Show is a fun way to support PHS and your community! From ensuring guests get treated with the utmost customer service to assisting with the behind-the-scenes of the different areas of the event, PHS volunteers have always played an important role in the Philadelphia Flower Show. No previous experience is necessary – we give you the training you need, and you can choose the day and timeframe that works best for you!  

Giving your time to support the Flower Show helps make PHS’s year-round programs to promote health and well-being in the Greater Philadelphia region possible, benefiting 300,000 people annually. And don't forget -- there are many perks to volunteering at the Show (swag, flexible scheduling, free admission the day you volunteer, and depending on your schedule, an extra ticket or ticket(s) to see the Show! We accept volunteers from ages 14 and up at the Flower Show. If volunteers are ages 14 - 15, they must be accompanied by a group leader, parent or legal guardian during their volunteer shift. In addition, the PHS Volunteer Waiver must be signed by their parent or legal guardian beforehand. The PHS Code of Conduct can be signed by the volunteer, but the form must be signed/acknowledged before their shift. Volunteers ages 16-17 are able to volunteer by themselves but still need the PHS Volunteer Waiver signed/ acknowledged beforehand by their parent or legal guardian as well as signing/ acknowledging the PHS Code of Conduct.
