The Philadelphia Flower Show will follow the health and safety guidelines from the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Health. At this time, the city encourages but does not require visitors to wear a mask in indoor public spaces.
The Philadelphia Flower Show is dedicated to providing all of our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience, including those with disabilities and special needs. The Pennsylvania Convention Center is a fully accessible venue from street level, as well as from public transportation channels. Please know that there can be many guests, bright colors, and loud sounds throughout the Show spaces. To minimize these factors, consider a visit during the week in the late afternoon or early evening.
PHS values all of our guests with different types of accommodation needs, and service animals are welcomed and permitted in the Show spaces that are open to the public. The Flower Show welcomes ADA Title III service animals. The Flower Show does not allow pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, or therapy dogs.
There are number of accessible parking garages and lots near the Convention Center, but note there are no contracted parking spots or areas specific for the Flower Show. Street parking may be available, at the posted hourly rates. Each individual parking garage will post its specific entrance/exit/hourly rates upon arrival.
To reserve your parking spot for the Philadelphia Flower Show, visit the Pennsylvania Convention Center SpotHero Parking Page and book a spot with rates up to 50% off drive-up. You can filter your results to only show options that are wheelchair accessible.
All Convention Center entrances are accessible from the street level, and elevators are available inside the center.
Guests who need accessible equipment within the Pennsylvania Convention Center can secure a reservation onsite or online. It is recommended that people reserve a mobility rental online ahead of their visit to ensure availability -- see reservation information below. Bring a copy of your confirmed order and a picture ID with you to the Flower Show on the day of your visit.
There are (2) locations where mobility equipment will be available in the Convention Center: outside of Hall A/main exhibits area, and outside Room 108 at the Center's West entrance on 12th Street.
If the guest is able to walk to either mobility equipment stand within the Convention Center, they should first enter the Convention Center through the marked entrances:
The guest must pass through the security checkpoint and have their ticket scanned. The guest will continue to the mobility stand outside of Hall A/main exhibits area to pick up their reserved equipment, or to secure an onsite rental.
If the guest is not able to walk far, someone in their party can pick up the mobility rental from the equipment stand and drive/roll it outside of the Convention Center to where the person is located, then continue into the Convention Center with their guest to pass through the security checkpoint and have their tickets scanned. Elevators are located near all the Convention Center entrances to accommodate anyone with a scooter or in a wheelchair.
The grounds of the Show are accessbile via wheelchairs, motorized scooters, strollers, and walkers.
Flower Show guest map handouts as well as onsite signage will delineate ADA ramps and restroom locations.
Pick up and drop off locations are outside of Hall A and just inside the 12th & Arch West Entrance.
