Becoming a Flower Show Vendor 

The Philadelphia Flower Show Marketplace features over 200 vendors selling all types of wonderful products including garden tools, live plants, outdoor furniture, hand-crafted jewelry, specialty food items, home décor items, and more! By participating in the Marketplace, you are supporting the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the many community projects we are engaged in across the Philadelphia area. 

Apply to be a vendor at the 2026 Philadelphia Flower Show!  

Show Dates: February 27 - March 8, 2026

Before applying, please read the application information for both the Marketplace and the Makers Market below: 

*All applications require a $25 fee paid via credit card 

*Not all vendors are accepted though all applications will be reviewed and approved or rejected. They are reviewed on a rolling basis, though due to the influx of applications it may take us a little longer to get back to vendors.
