The Philadelphia Flower Show Marketplace features over 200 vendors selling all types of wonderful products including garden tools, live plants, outdoor furniture, hand-crafted jewelry, specialty food items, home décor items, and more! By participating in the Marketplace, you are supporting the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the many community projects we are engaged in across the Philadelphia area.
Applications to become a vendor for the 2025 Philadelphia Fower Show are now closed. Information for the 2026 Show will be available soon.
*Members’ Preview Day is February 28, 2025
Show Hours (*show hours may change prior to Show)
*All vendors expected to be open during Members’ Preview hours daily as well as all hours that the show is open to the public (no exceptions)
Tuesday, February 25 thru Thursday, February 27 (*all vendors will be assigned a setup date and time slot closer to the Show that must be adhered to)
Sunday, March 9 - 6 pm - 10:30 pm (*Time on Monday the 10th may be available by approval ONLY from Marketplace Manager)
Vendors will receive a complimentary parking pass in our “Marshalling Yard” parking lot offsite. There will be a trolley that will run to and from the Convention Center for vendors to use from the parking lot.
Each vendor may request an onsite storage space in our F Hall (which is below the show hall). Space will only be given upon request.
An updated list of required documents along with the 2025 vendor manual will be sent to all vendors when they are available and will be due by January 31, 2025. Please contact us if you have any specific questions.
