Getting your group to the Flower Show doesn't have to be complicated.

Order now with no deposit and no obligation. You can change your reservation, and your final group count and payment aren't due until March 1, 2027.

Plus, you can return up to 20% of unused tickets for a refund, provided unused, unscanned tickets are returned by March 26, 2027.

Final counts and payments are due for the 2027 Philadelphia Flower Show on March 1, 2027.

Tickets will be emailed to you once payment is received. Each ticket allows one entry per person. Please pre-distribute them to your group in advance of arriving at the Flower Show.

Detailed motorcoach arrival instructions will be emailed approximately five days before your visit. When you arrive, remain on your motorcoach and our team will greet your group and provide an orientation.

Return to the Motorcoach Waiting Lounge, located on the Street Level in Room 103AB, where you can wait for departure announcements.

Yes. Up to 20% of unused tickets from each group order may be returned for a refund. Unused, unscanned tickets must be returned by mail or email by March 26, 2027. Refunds will not be provided at the Show. Please allow up to eight weeks for processing.
