African Violet Society of Philadelphia

The African Violet Society of Philadelphia is a community of African violet enthusiasts. They welcome others to share the joy and sometimes sorrow of growing African violets and their related plants. Their purpose is to grow better African violets, share plants and ideas, and promote interest in the culture of African violets.

American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD)

The American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD), established in 1965, is the oldest and largest nonprofit organization dedicated to recognizing and promoting the art of floral design as a professional career. Its more than 1,200 members engage in a variety of professional programs and activities through a network of six regional chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

Apiary Studio

Apiary Studio is a Philadelphia-based landscape architecture, design/build, and experimental horticulture practice. They work to achieve thoughtful design solutions that maximize opportunities, mitigate challenges, and concede a habitable future. By way of citizen research, in-house trialing, and playful curiosity, they have come to specialize in novel building materials and conventions, adaptive reuse of urban decay, and unusual hardy plants to create gardens and outdoor spaces that are dynamic, responsive, and break from the mold.

Bucks County Community College Floral Design Program

The Floral Design Program at Bucks County Community College offers a comprehensive and inspiring pathway for anyone passionate about flowers, whether exploring floral design as a fulfilling hobby or aiming to build a rewarding career. Part of the Continuing Education department, this certificate program provides students with a solid foundation in floral design, guided by the high standards of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD). As an official Education Partner of AIFD, Bucks County's curriculum aligns with their esteemed objectives, ensuring top-tier training and creative growth. Graduates of their program are uniquely positioned to pursue professional accreditation as Certified Floral Designers (CFDs) through AIFD—a prestigious distinction that highlights excellence and opens doors in the floral industry.

DAVID RUBIN Land Collective is a landscape architecture, urban design, and planning studio committed to practicing with an emphasis on socially-purposeful design strategies. The studio is dedicated to crafting landscapes that create positive change through cross-disciplinary collaborations and the synthesis of art, technology, and the social sciences to create human-centered works. It is an appreciation for empathy that drives the studio’s design process. They will be featuring David’s renowned antique tool collection for guests to enjoy!
