Hudson Valley Seed Company

The Hudson Valley Seed Company grows, harvests, and shares seeds for over 500 flower, vegetable, and herb varieties, as well as seeds for native plants and pollinators. They celebrate seed stories and the importance of diversity by commissioning original artwork for a special selection of their varieties each year. Each of these "art packs" is designed by a different artist and tells the story of the seeds through the artist's eyes. They just opened the doors to their new farm, where gardeners can come visit their demonstration gardens, tour through their variety trials, see how seeds are grown, and visit their gallery and shop. They hope you’ll come visit them in the Hudson Valley!

Mural Arts

For over 35 years, Mural Arts Philadelphia has united artists and communities through a collaborative process, rooted in the traditions of mural-making, to create art that transforms public spaces and individual lives. Mural Arts engages communities in 50–100 public art projects each year and maintains its growing collection through a restoration initiative. Their core program areas — Art Education, Community Murals, Environmental Justice, Porch Light, and Restorative Justice — yield unique, project-based learning opportunities for thousands of youth and adults.
