February 8, 2026 – PHILADELPHIA, PA - The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) is unveiling a striking floral installation at King of Prussia Mall, offering a sneak peek at the creative vision behind the 2026 PHS Philadelphia Flower Show, Rooted: Origins of American Gardening. Blending sculptural floral artistry with large-scale design, this pop-up brings the elegance and storytelling of the Flower Show into a retail setting, inspiring visitors to celebrate the arrival of the Flower Show. The floral sculptures will be on display February 8-16, 2026.

Rooted: Origins of American Gardening celebrates the people, traditions, and stories that have shaped American gardening over generations. Inspired by this theme, the installation features three striking, nine-foot-tall floral pedestals, each formed with sculptural root structures and intertwined blooms that symbolize how gardening knowledge is passed down through generations, connecting communities and inspiring creativity. The layered, pyramid-style compositions create depth and movement, enhanced by botanical materials selected for their rich color, varied texture, and seasonal beauty, resulting in a distinctly luxurious and artistic presentation.

“These monumental floral sculptures offer a first glimpse of the creativity behind the 2026 Philadelphia Flower Show. Rooted in strength, endurance, and natural beauty, they inspire awe and reflection, providing an early taste of the artistry and imagination that will unfold at the Flower Show,” said Seth Pearsoll, VP and Creative Director of the Philadelphia Flower Show, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.

“The Philadelphia Flower Show is a beloved cornerstone of our region’s culture, and we are thrilled to partner with PHS once again to host this stunning preview of Rooted: Origins of American Gardening,” said Todd Putt, Assistant General Manager at King of Prussia. “We invite the community to join us and experience these incredible sculptures firsthand, as they bring the beauty and storytelling of the Flower Show directly to the heart of King of Prussia.”
