Patti Gregory

Vice President of Shared Services

Patti Gregory joined PHS in 2018 with over with more than 20 years of experience in human resource consulting and benefits administration. A member of the executive leadership team, Patti oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, learning and development, and employee engagement. She also has responsibility for the Information Technology and Administration and Facilities teams that support the efficient operation of the organization. Patti is She is also the executive advisor on the staff-led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) working group and company Values team and a member of the DEI Steering Committee that has responsibility for the execution of the organization’s DEI Strategic Plan.

Patti received her B.S. from Drexel University. Prior to her time with PHS, she was a partner at Towers Perrin, an international benefits and HR consulting firm, and worked as an independent consultant before joining PHS.

Patti enjoys spending time with her family and naughty dogs, loves to cook, play tennis, and work in her garden.
