Olivia Glinsky is the Director of Healthy Neighborhood Special Initiatives at PHS, where she oversees the planning and implementation of community greening initiatives. She works cross-departmentally to execute projects that improve the health and well-being of communities through horticulture.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science from Princeton University in Civil Engineering with certificates in Urban Studies and Architecture. Her previous experience spans a range of urban planning specialties including micro-mobility, public space management plans, property management, and community engagement. Immediately before joining PHS, Olivia led a team at a Philadelphia-based urban planning consulting firm.
Olivia grew up primarily in Ann Arbor, Michigan but also lived in Alabama, Wisconsin, and Düsseldorf, Germany. During her free time, Olivia enjoys baking, reading, and canning jams and jellies.
