Nancy Boutté Finn is the Chief Development Officer at PHS where she leads strategy and implementation of the organization’s comprehensive fundraising effort to create, diversify, and increasing revenue in the areas of Membership, Annual Funds, Major Gifts, Foundation Grants, Planned Giving, and Audience Engagment Programs – in addition to oversight of Development Services and fundraising events, such as The Flower Show Preview Party. Nancy supports key PHS stakeholders including the Board of Directors, the Development Committee, the Governance and Nominating Committee, executive leadership team, staff, and community partners to achieve strategic and program initiative goals.
Nancy received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from Western Washington University and her M.B.A. in Marketing from the Edward S. Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University. She arrived at PHS with over a decade of non-profit experience splitting her time between the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and as the Director of Leadership Annual Giving at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Nancy specializes in leadership and program growth during expansion projects and has driven results during such eras with SFMOMA, PMA, and formerly, in the corporate space, with Starbucks Coffee Company.
During her free time, Nancy is an outdoor and cultural enthusiast – which she enjoys exploring and experiencing with her husband and their son.
