KG Gormley

Director of Workforce Development

KG joined PHS in October of 2023 as the Director of Workforce Development and oversees the Same Day Work & Program and Professional Development Training Series. They are a Temple University-trained Social Worker and have served children, youth, and families in Philadelphia since 2004. Their work history includes providing trauma-informed care in healthcare and housing settings, with an emphasis on providing services to teens and young adults in the workforce. Before joining PHS in 2023, KG was providing workforce development programming for high schoolers, collegians, and vocational training participants at Heights Philadelphia.
