Brittany Greebel

Brittany Greebel is the Director of Human Resources at PHS, where she leads the organization’s people operations and human resources strategy. In this role, Brittany oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives.

She partners closely with leadership across the organization to support team member development, foster an engaging workplace culture, and ensure HR programs and practices align with PHS’s mission, values, and strategic goals.

Brittany brings nearly a decade of nonprofit experience to her work. Prior to joining PHS, she worked at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia, supporting visitor experiences and membership programs.

Since joining PHS in 2019, Brittany has helped to strengthen HR operations, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational growth. Her passion for creating positive workplace environments and helping team members thrive has been a driving force throughout her career.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY FIT. Originally from New York, Brittany is proud to call Philadelphia her new home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her growing family, gardening, tackling DIY projects, discovering new corners of the city, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank.
