Aidan Vega joined PHS as the Vice President of Individual Giving and Membership in 2024. Passionate about engaging organizations with their communities, she works with her team to create a clear path for members and donors to meaningfully support PHS's work.
Over the past 22 years, Aidan has adopted a collaborative approach, informed by data, to grow and sustain audiences, creating loyalty and reliable revenue streams for organizations across Philadelphia. Prior, Aidan served as the Director of Individual Giving and Membership at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, overseeing the strategic implementation of acquisition, retention, and stewardship of 40,000 membership and donor households, implementing a series of new member and donor focused initiatives to steward and sustain the program. As Director of Audience Engagement at the Barnes Foundation, she directed public programs, business systems, and membership, where she grew the membership program from 300 to 25,000 households in three years.
Aidan was the president of the American Museum Membership Conference from 2019 to 2023, which sets the standard for professionals in the field of membership-based fundraising through trend analysis, training, shared communication, and mentorship. Aidan has an MS in Arts Administration from Drexel University.
Aidan is a Philly native but still loves to explore the area with her husband, son, and dog and is always looking for book recommendations.
