(PennLive - Patriot News) - The National Gardening Association is projecting that nearly twice as many people as usual (some 75 million Americans) are growing vegetable gardens this year during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Given NGA’s estimate that the average home gardener ends up with 240 pounds more produce than they can eat, that could mean of a lot of surplus in the back yard.
