Are you or someone you know interested in gaining experience in the ever growing Horticultural and Landscaping Industry?
This February, PHS is bringing back our paid, six-week ($450 per week) Green Job training to North Philadelphia. Participants will take part in classroom and hands-on training in basic ecology, landscape maintenance, and tool and equipment operation. Additional workshops in job readiness will also be included in the training. Individuals who successfully complete this training program will be offered a 2-week On-The-Job placement with a PHS affiliated landscaping, land care or tree teams. Graduates will also receive support in applying to open positions within the community.
