Enjoy a preview of  PHS Meadowbrook Farm in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, with Julie Bare, Senior Estate Gardener.  Set on 25 acres, this estate and its grounds feature more than seven acres of cultivated gardens.

Imagine the aroma of the herb garden, one of Bare's favorites, as she talks about the multiple plants growing there. Mojito Mint, a mainstay in this garden, is planted in a large pot in honor of J. Liddon Pennock, Jr., who lived and gardened there with his wife Alice for five decades. Liddon loved picking fresh mint for his preferred beverage, the mojito.

PHS Meadowbrook Farm opens to the public on Wednesday, August 5, by reservation.
