Asha El-Shabazz, Director of Horticulture at the Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion, kicks off Pollinator Week with a quick introduction to pollinators and tips on how to create a pollinator garden. Join us for a walk through her garden as she explains the basics to us.
Pollinators are essential to the world’s environment. The USDA estimates that the pollination of agriculture in the United States is valued at $10 billion annually.
