Bob Jobin is a Neighborhood Gardens Trust Board Member, Point Breeze Community Gardener, and a Penn State Master Gardener. Today, he continues PHS’s “Grow Together” series on edibles and shows us how to get started with the always-popular tomato.

In season May through October, tomatoes have many great health benefits. Not only are they a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K, studies have also shown that tomatoes reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.
