Interested in learning more about using herbs at home?

Join Herbalist Lynn Roberts of Acuity Wellness for an introduction to home herbalism at the PHS Community Farm. Come explore the traditional uses of herbs and discover the many ways you can prepare and enjoy them in your daily life. Part educational, part hands-on, this workshop will guide you through practical herbal skills you can easily use at home.

Space is limited, pre-registration is required!

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Sample a soothing “Immuni-tea” and a refreshing herbal mocktail.
  • Make their own elderberry syrup, perfect for supporting wellness during cold and flu season.
  • Watch a demonstration on crafting a “Winter Blues” tincture of Lemon Balm and take home a sample.

Throughout the workshop, tips will be shared on sourcing herbs, preparation techniques, and simple ways to integrate herbal remedies into your routine. Whether you’re new to herbalism or looking to expand your home herbal toolkit, this workshop offers a hands-on, approachable way to explore the benefits of plants.

Discounted tickets available on a limited basis for those who cannot afford to pay full price to attend. For inquiries, contact Hannah Perez-Postman.
