Oxymels, shrubs, and switchels may sound like they belong in a potion book– but you don’t need to be a wizard to make these delicious, herbal elixirs at home.
Sweet, tangy, and refreshingly fizzy, these sipping beverages combine herb-infused vinegars, honey, fruit, and seltzer for the perfect summer thirst-quencher or an immune-boosting tonic for cooler months. They’re versatile enough to shine as mocktails, cocktails, or simply a creative, nourishing way to hydrate.
Space is limited, pre-registration is required!
In this hands-on workshop taught by Herbalist Lynn Roberts of Acuity Wellness at the PHS Community Farm, you’ll sample a variety of herbal beverages, craft your own custom blend, and take home recipes, ideas, and the confidence to keep experimenting in your own kitchen.
Discounted tickets available on a limited basis for those who cannot afford to pay full price to attend. For inquiries, contact Hannah Perez-Postman.
