Herbal bitters have been cherished for centuries as pre- and post-meal drinks that stimulate the appetite, enhance digestion, and help relieve gas, bloating, and discomfort.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the many benefits of incorporating herbal bitters into daily life, discover simple herbs you can easily grow or forage and use to make bitters, and explore how to craft your own custom blends. Join Herbalist Lynn Roberts of Acuity Wellness for a hands-on workshop at the PHS Community Farm, where all participants will blend their own herbal bitters formula that can be used to create homemade apéritifs and digestifs at home for wellness and enjoyment!
Space is limited, pre-registration is required!
Discounted tickets available on a limited basis for those who cannot afford to pay full price to attend. For inquiries, contact Hannah Perez-Postman.
