garden tenders 23

Learn what it takes to create a sustainable youth garden. The program is designed for educators who want to bring environmental lessons into the classroom and inspire kids to get out into the garden. Participants will help build an outdoor school garden. There will be plenty of hands-on activities, so come prepared to get dirty! You do not need to be a teacher or work in Philadelphia to attend.

Note: By selecting June 25, you will automatically be registered for sessions on June 26 & June 27. No need to register for multiple dates. Come for 1, 2, or all 3 days!

Presented in cooperation with Edward Steel Elementary School & PHS/Nicetown Love Where you Live Program.
