This one-hour all-levels vinyasa flow, taught by Nicole Suppa, RYT(r) 200, is the perfect mix of cardio, strength training, stretching and meditation. Over the course of this monthly program, you will build strength while developing a personal understanding of your body and how it moves. You will be taken through an active flow, synthesizing body mechanics and proper alignment with traditional yoga postures, using the breath as a tool to connect to your body in each pose. No prior yoga experience is necessary, please bring a yoga mat and a towel or blanket (for extra padding).
Following the class, you'll continue to unwind in the garden with complimentary snacks and a botanical-inspired cocktail or non-alcoholic refreshment (ticket includes one drink per participant).
