Participants are encouraged to bring photographs and dimensions of their yard or garden. Dennis will guide attendees through the process of evaluating site conditions, including light, drainage, and soil, while introducing key principles of garden design. Learn how to balance the form and function of plants, select appropriate species, and incorporate hardscape elements such as walkways and patios to create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
Paper, colored pencils, and design tools will be provided, giving participants the opportunity to begin sketching and developing a personalized design to take home.
