Timothy Riddle

First Vice Chair

Tim is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Chartwell Investment Partners, where he was responsible for the strategic planning of the firm. He is a founding partner of Chartwell and he served on the firm’s Executive, Investment and Compliance Committees. Prior to launching Chartwell in 1997, Tim was employed as a Senior Vice President at Delaware Investment Advisers. Prior to joining Delaware in 1986, he was the Director of Investments at Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home.

Tim also serves on the board of directors of Surrey Services, the Gregorian University Foundation, the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair and on the Rubicam Foundation board.

Tim and his wife, Joan, live Philadelphia.
