Hannah Perez-Postman

Farm Education Coordinator

Hannah Perez-Postman (she/they) has spent the last 14 years traveling on the path of food and land, as a farmer, gardener, community organizer, and earth-loving creature. They have worked in bioregions across the country, in rural and urban settings, learning and growing alongside plants, people, and other beings. Hannah has felt most connected to food and farming work that is grounded in community, empowers people in the development of their gifts and passions, builds ecosystem connection, and centers justice-informed resource redistribution. Her other interests include: cooking and sharing nourishing foods with loved ones, singing with friends, connecting with her ancestral lineages and practices, various assorted arts & crafts projects, deathcare work, and walking by the ocean in winter.
