John Soroko

John Soroko has been Chair and Chief Executive Officer at the law firm Duane Morris since 2008. He practices in the area of litigation, including appellate law, with emphasis on general business, corporate and securities matters. He also serves as a judge on the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline.
John joined the PHS Board in 2017 and previously served on the PHS Council. He is co-director of the William B. Dietrich Foundation, vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Free Library of Philadelphia, a Trustee of the Academy of Natural Sciences, and co-chair of the Corporate Executive Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
