Jennifer Jones Gilliam actively works to address the inequities that exist as a result of under-resourced communities. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, she was employed with the Pa. Department of Public Welfare for 35 years, retiring as the SE regional Administrative Law Judge Supervisor.
Jennifer is the founder and manager of the House of 2nd Chances Clothing Boutique, which provides free clothing to those in need. She serves on the Trustee Board at Pinn Memorial Baptist Church and on the Board at Pinn Gardens Senior Apartments. Jennifer is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the mother of two, and the grandmother of two.
