James Jolinger

Board Member

James Jolinger is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Northside Capital Management. He chairs the Investment Committee at PHS and serves on the Executive Compensation Committee. James joined the PHS Board in 2017.

He was a Portfolio Manager, Director of Research and Equity Analyst at Nuveen Investments, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and Oppenheimer Capital.

James also serves on the Board of PLM Insurance, a property/casualty insurance company.
