In addition to our design studio, we create ever-changing monthly shopping events. Each month, the Christine Shirley team will creatively flip the entire shop based on new inspiration.

City Totes is a Philadelphia based, slow fashion design studio offering small batch production and limited edition collections of totes, purses and crossbody bags. Our totes are created with locally sourced, unused fabrics that are deadstock textiles, designer leftovers and upholstery remnants with the intent of diverting these fabrics from the landfill. Fabrics are a modern and unique blend of graphic prints, ,florals, plaids and solids. Basically, something for everyone!

Art to wear for everyday. I create comfortable and casual handmade clothing from mostly natural fabrics. Easy styles and silhouettes that I hand dye or embellish with one or more of the following techniques…garment dye, splash dye, needlefelt appliqué, block print, batik. In recent years I became inspired by Frida Kahlo while battling breast cancer. I use her image on many garments to promote her strength and inspire strength in women. I participate in juried art shows, craft festivals and farmers markets within the mid Atlantic region.
