Vacant Land Stabilization 

Fall 2024 stabilization bid package includes 7 groups which vary between 6,000 - 156,000 square feet. As in the past, contractors may bid on more than one group. The treatment for stabilization includes debris removal, regrading, seeding, fencing, and tree planting.
