In times of crisis, it is a simple act like gardening that can make a difference. Keeping our staff and constituents safe is a top priority. And, we want to provide you with the resources and support you need to use gardening as an important tool in these coming weeks.
As of May 5, 2020: Our Library, 20th Street and Meadowbrook Farm Offices remain closed until further notice. All in-person programs have been paused through June 30. That said, PHS is offering a whole new suite of DIY videos throughout the summer. Take-in a quick tip with Grow Together or immerse yourself in a new skill in our GROWinar Series of programs.
We are working to provide new ways of sharing some of these great gardening programs to as many of you as possible in the weeks ahead. PHS will deliver a host of exciting offerings for all skill levels and every age group. “Grow Together”, our new gardening series will be drawing on the tremendous skills and talent that abound within our staff and throughout the region. Visit the Gardener’s Blog to catch up!
Please also know that members can access books online and everyone can enjoy Ask PHS services through the PHS McLean Library and Online Resource Center. The PHS Library is a wonderful resource for all types of gardening interests.
In the meantime, please use this page to get updates on all PHS programs.
