The beauty of the garden provides the backdrop for this practice of mindfulness and movement. This class will focus on introducing a series of yoga postures that are best suited for the physical needs of a gardener. Erin McKeon, RYT 200, will lead a retreat-like session, which incorporates seated meditation, breath work, and physical practice (asana). The class will be held outdoors; in the event of rain it will be held at an indoor location. Intermediate experience level is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
