As the summer winds down, review what tropical plants have performed best in the garden and plan your display for next year. The use of exotic and tropical plants can range from colorful foliage plants to fragrant flowering plants. David Mattern, Chanticleer Horticulturist, will demonstrate how the use of tropical plants provides an opportunity for a splash of luxury and ways to incorporate bold foliage and lush growth to add color, texture, movement, and seasonal excitement to your garden. This class will concentrate on identification, cultural requirements, and maintenance.
Early bird registration is available to PHS Members only May 30 – June 14, 2019.
