Are you curious about how to use different herbs, but you don’t quite know where to start? Maybe you want to start blending your own herbal teas but you can’t quite figure out what herbs you should be mixing together. In this interactive workshop, you will learn the basics of herbal tea blending for health and wellness. You will learn how to properly prepare herbal teas that are delicious and steeped in medicinal value. Whether you are an herbal beginner or a tea enthusiast this class is for you. In this workshop you will learn:

  • The difference between roots, barks, berries, and leaves and the specific preparations of each type of herb
  • How to prepare tisane, infusion, and decoction
  • How to create simple but effective herbal tea blends that work
  • The origins of selected herbs and their benefits
  • The difference between Primary, Supportive, and Activating herbs
  • How to create a customized organic tea blend to take home

All materials will be provided. Registration is required.

Registration closes at noon on Thursday, 10/13, or prior if the class sells out. If you would like to attend after registration has closed, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll check to see if we can accommodate you. If you need to cancel, please make sure to do so 48 hours in advance of the event so we can issue a refund.
