In this series, you'll meet and get to know local brewers and taste a selection of your favorite beer and cider!
Succession Fermentory is a farmhouse brewery in Cochranville, PA, in Chester County. The brewery was started in 2021 with a focus on sour and farmhouse ales and a commitment to using locally grown and sourced ingredients.
The Fermentory uses a method called spontaneous fermentation, where wild (vs cultivated) yeast and natural microflora in the air are used to produce complex beers full of character. Come out to the garden and learn about this fascinating process and try some wildly delicious beer!
Beer will be available for purchase to be enjoyed at the Garden or to be taken to go.
