This six-week course will survey current recycling technologies and policies, with emphasis on the recovery of value from municipal solid wastes. In addition to addressing the recycling of glass, paper products, food wastes, and traditional common metals (iron, aluminum, copper, etc.), special attention will be paid to plastics and technology metals recycling.

Accessibility

The PHS main offices are ADA compliant. Paid parking is available across the street from 100 N. 20th street on the corner of 20th and Arch streets. Street parking using street meters is also available on 20th Street and neighboring streets.
