Staking plants in the garden is a common practice for gardeners, and there are many ways, shapes, and forms of doing it. This virtual program discusses various types of staking used by the gardeners at Chanticleer. Join Chanticleer Horticulturist David Mattern in discovering different materials and approaches to make aesthetically pleasing supports that will add interest to your garden. We will explore different ways to build trellises and methods for staking and tying perennials and annuals. David will roll up his sleeves and demonstrate some of the Chanticleer team's favorite staking methods.
