Want to try your hand at making your own Kombucha? For Health, Wellness, and Sustainability Week at our Pop Up Gardens, PHS will walk you through every step in making your own fermented beverage. From how to make your own SCOBY, to brewing the first batch, to adding flavoring during secondary fermentation -- and all the health benefits in between! There will be different flavors to sample, plus flavor combination recipes, and Ketel One Botanical flavors available at the bar if you'd like to spike things up during your time with us. Everyone will go home with their first SCOBY starter.
