Kombucha closeup

Want to try your hand at making kombucha?

For Health, Wellness, and Sustainability Week at the Pop Up Gardens, PHS will walk you through every step in making your own fermented beverage — from how to make your own SCOBY, to brewing the first batch, to adding flavoring during secondary fermentation — and all the health benefits in between. There will be different flavors to sample, flavor combination recipes, Ketel One Botanical flavors at the bar (hard kombucha, anyone?), and everyone will go home with their first SCOBY starter.
