This is a great day for plant enthusiasts to celebrate the new gardening season with a visit to a stellar private garden in northern Delaware. This mature, informal country garden is the culmination of dedication and careful planning and planting over more than 30 years with some unusual and sometimes very rare plants. Shady and sunny areas are home to native and non-native collections including trilliums, herbaceous and tree peonies, magnolias, and azaleas. Members must provide their own transportation. Parking is limited so carpooling is strongly recommended.
