Gut Check: Digestion, Immunity and Inflammation with Dope Botanicals

Look no further, this is the class for you! In this class, you will learn about spices and herbs that work wonderfully for Digestion, Inflammation, and Immunity. You will also learn a basic herbal extraction method and the benefits of your herbal extracts.

In this workshop you will learn:

• How to make tasty Herbal Infused Vinegars
• The importance of probiotics and fermented foods and the role they play in our health and wellness
• How to reduce inflammation in the body
• You’ll be creating a curative and potent organic herbal-infused vinegar extract that is designed to boost immunity, support digestive health, and reduce inflammation.
• An 8oz glass jar of herbal extract, informative herbal materials, and in class herbal refreshments will be provided
• Registration is required.

Registration closes at noon on Thursday, May 18, or prior if the class sells out. If you need to cancel, please make sure to do so 48 hours in advance of the event so we can issue a refund.
