The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is regarded as one of the premier horticultural attractions in the region with its specialty gardens within fifty-two acres including the Japanese Hill and Pond Garden, the Fragrance Garden, the Children’s Garden and the Steinhardt Conservatory (tropicals, desert, and temperate plants) plus more. Our guided tour will feature those areas of seasonal bloom to whet your appetite for many return visits. After a guided tour and lunch at the BBG, we’ll wander over to the nearby Brooklyn Museum for an introductory tour of their collections. The Brooklyn Museum is New York City’s third largest museum in physical size containing about 1.5 million works. After our introductory tour, you will have some time to explore on your own before our 3:45 pm departure for Philadelphia.
