PHS Meadowbrook Farm Business & Administration Manager

As part of the PHS Finance team, Karen Tyler serves as the business and fiscal manager of Meadowbrook Farm. Karen advises and partners with the Vice President of Public Horticulture on fiscal and operational issues and works alongside Meadowbrook Farm staff to facilitate the total visitor experience. Karen received a BS in Business Administration from Susquehanna University, and her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Drexel University. Karen has spent her career working at non-profits in the Philadelphia area as a leader in Finance, Administration and Human Resources. She also was Owner/President of her own business, providing billing, personnel and consulting to PA volunteer ambulance companies. Karen grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and today lives in Hatboro with her husband, Jesse. Her son Brian recently graduated from college and will teach English abroad. Karen enjoys cooking, traveling, fishing, boating and investigating the paranormal.
