Susan oversees PHS’s human capital strategy and all administration functions.
Susan has been working in the Human Resources profession since 1994 with progressive HR leadership experience across several service industries. She joined PHS in 2014 and also is the Secretary of the Board of Directors. Susan is responsible for building teams and influencing senior leadership in fostering a culture of transparency, diversity, and collaboration. She leverages organizational success through encouraging continuous improvement and talent development to achieve impactful results.
